Najam Saifee Japan, is a highly accomplished executive trainer with extensive work experience of over 22 years in Human Resource/Learning & Development. Assessed, designed, developed, and delivered training solutions at all levels of staff for multiple business functions and external clients.
Enjoys working with all levels of employees from Top Management to all the way to operators/technicians with a dynamic, flexible, and engaging style. I bring energy and enjoyment to the room. My technique of training program delivery is very simple and makes it easier for the audience to understand. I use lots of case studies in my programs.
I bring a wealth of corporate experience which reinforces my skills to impact and connect with the audience. My main sector of experience have been within Petro chemical, Manufacturing and Oil & Gas. My various HR roles has included manpower planning, learning and development, recruitment, career planning, development of competencies, creation of job descriptions and development of saudization Program.
